Requirements as to goods imported

The enterprise importing articles under section 7 shall– (a) keep a record in such form and containing such particulars as may be required by the Comptroller of the articles so imported; 14 (b) cause the articles to be marked with such mark and in such manner as may be required by the Comptroller; (c) permit the Comptroller or any person authorised by him at any reasonable time to inspect such record and to examine any such article for the purpose of satisfying himself of the accuracy of the particulars in the record in relation to the article.
