Date of production

Every order made by the Minister under section 4 shall specify the date of production of the approved enterprise, which shall be the date not more than five years after the date of the approved enterprise order by which date the Minister has reasonable cause to believe the enterprise should be established and be in commercial production or operation, Provided that, in the case of any such order in respect of any enterprise that is at the date of the order already established and in commercial production or operation, the date of production shall be the date of the approved enterprise order.
