Review by BELTRAIDE

On every application by a small or medium enterprise for renewal of a concession, the Belize Trade and Development Investment Service (BELTRAIDE) shall examine every such enterprise to determine whether it continues to satisfy the requirements for such an enterprise as specified in section 18, and shall submit a report on its findings to the Cabinet Sub- Committee referred to in section 19.
