Incentives for small and medium enterprises

(1) The duty exemption period for a small or medium enterprise shall not exceed two years at a time, but may be extended to a maximum of five years. (2) The duty exemption may be full or partial as the Minister on the advice of BELTRAIDE may deem fit. (3) No approved enterprise order for a small or medium enterprise shall contain any provision for tax holiday.
