Approved enterprise order for small and medium enterprises

(1) If, after consideration of all the facts, recommendations, and circumstances the Minister is satisfied that the applicant satisfies the requirements for a small and medium enterprises and that an approved enterprise order in favour of the applicant would promote the development of small and medium enterprises, he may by Order declare the enterprise to be an approved small or medium enterprise. (2) Before making an Order under this section the Minister shall comply with the notice requirement in section 4(2), provided that this requirement will be satisfied if the notice is given in one issue of a newspaper of general circulation in Belize. 20 (3) Every such Order shall set out the conditions subject to which it has been made.
