Provision for making regulations

(1) The Minister may make such regulations as may be necessary for giving effect to the provisions of this Act. 18 (2) Any regulations made pursuant to sub-section (1) shall be laid before the National Assembly as soon as may be after the making thereof and shall be subject to negative resolution.
