Assistance in taking account of spirits

Every distiller or master of a ship shall, when so required by an officer, give reasonable assistance in taking an account of the spirits in his stock or possession, or in taking samples of such spirits, and shall, for any refusal or neglect so to assist, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars.
