Disposal of fines, etc

(1) All fines, penalties or forfeitures recovered under this Act shall be paid into the Treasury to the credit of the Consolidated Revenue Fund. (2) The Minister may order the payment of any expenses incurred in connection with the recovery of any fine, penalty or forfeiture, and may order the payment to the informer of a sum not exceeding one-third of the net proceeds, and to the officer or officers concerned in the recovery a sum not exceeding one- third of the net proceeds or, if there be no informer, a sum not exceeding one-half of the net proceeds. 47
