Obstruction of officer

If any person obstructs, hinders, or molests any officer in the execution of his duty under this Act or any person acting in his aid, he is liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars, or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, and if that person is a distiller or a dealer, the Minister may suspend or revoke his licence.
