Proviso as to licences under Intoxicating Liquor Licensing Act

Notwithstanding anything contained in the Intoxicating Liquor Licensing Act, Cap. 150, no licence shall be granted for the sale of spirits by retail on any estate on which spirit is made, nor within two miles of any such estate, except in the case of any town which may be within such two miles. 43
