Disposal of things seized

(1) All things seized under this Act for whatever cause shall be sold by public auction and such sale shall be conducted by the Proper Authority or by any person appointed by him for that purpose and the party conducting the sale shall not for that purpose require an auctioneer’s licence. (2) Spirits so offered for sale shall not be sold for less than the amount of the duty for the time being payable thereon. Act .CAP. 150.
