Seizure and forfeiture

(1) Where anything is liable to forfeiture under this Act it may be seized by any officer. (2) Where any spirits or materials for the manufacture of spirits are liable to forfeiture under this Act, all packages of whatever description containing such spirits or materials shall also be liable to forfeiture.
