Payment of duty prior to removal

(1) Any duty which may at any time be payable by law upon warehoused spirits intended for consumption in Belize shall be paid previously to the removal of such spirits from a 34 (2) Spirits removed from a Queen’s warehouse for exportation shall be removed in accordance with any law or regulation for the time being in force relating to Customs.
