Storage rates payable upon spirits in Queen’s warehouse

There shall be charged upon all spirits stored in a Queen’s ware- house, over and above any duties which may be due thereon, warehouse rent at such rates as may from time to time be fixed by the Minister, and such storage shall be paid previously to the removal of the spirits from the warehouse.
