Accommodation for Excise Officer

Cap. 53, s. 49 · Revised Edition 2020

Every distiller shall, to the satisfaction of the Proper Authority, provide accommodation at his spirit store for an Excise Officer, and in default of so doing, is liable to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars.
