Notice of change in level of still receiver to be made

(1) Where any change is intended to be made in the level of any receiver used in connection with a still, the distiller or his agent shall give written notice to the Proper Authority of the day on which such change is intended to be made, and except by permission of the Proper Authority such day shall be at least seven days later than the day on which notice is given. (2) Every distiller contravening this section is liable to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars.
