Forfeiture or suspension of licence

(1) If a distiller is convicted of any felony, his licence shall, ipso facto, be forfeited. (2) If a distiller is convicted of an offence against any excise law, the Minister may direct his licence to be forfeited or to be suspended during such time as the Minister may think fit, and thereupon such licence shall be forfeited or suspended, as the case may be.
