Procedure on payment

In the event a person who defaults in payment into court pays the whole of the amount ordered to be paid as provided in section 67, the Magistrate shall– (a) give notice of such payment to the Minister; and (b) remit to the Director General the amount so paid, deducting the parts thereof as may represent the court costs.
