Review of rates

It is hereby declared that the rates of departure tax payable at any international airport in Belize under section 3 of the Departure Tax Act shall, from time to time, be reviewed and varied by the Minister in consultation with the Belize Airport Authority established under the Belize Airport Authority Act.
