Restriction on employment

A person appointed as Ombudsman shall be a full-time (a) shall not be employed in any other capacity during any period in which he holds office as Ombudsman; and (b) shall not, at any time after he has ceased to hold office as Ombudsman, be eligible for appointment in the public service.
