Oath of secrecy

(4) The House Committee may make such rules as it may deem fit for the hearing of appeals under sub-section(3) of this section. 11. Every person appointed to the staff of an Ombudsman shall, before he performs any function assigned to him under or by virtue of this Act, take and subscribe an oath to be administered by the Ombudsman, in the form set out in Schedule II.
