Designation of Chief of Staff as Section 107 Office

In exercise of the powers vested in me by section 107(1) of the Belize Constitution and acting in accordance with the advice of the Prime Minister given after consultation with the Public Services Commission, I hereby designate the office of the Chief of Staff, Ministry of Defence, as an office to which Section 107 of Belize Constitution will apply.
