Procedure on reporting of Bills from Committee of the whole Senate

(1) So soon as a Committee of the whole Senate has agreed that a Bill be reported the Chairman shall leave the Chair of the Committee and the Senate shall resume, and the Senator in charge of the Bill shall report it to the Senate. (2) Subject to these Standing Orders, when a Bill has been reported from a Committee of the whole Senate, it shall be ordered to be read a third time.
