President to be heard in Silence

Belize Constitution (Senate) Standing Orders, S.O.. 43 · Revised Edition 2020

When the President, or Chairman, rises during a debate any Senator then speaking or wishing to speak shall immediately 132 Belize Constitution resume his seat, and the Senate, or the Committee, shall be silent.
