Suspension of Standing Orders

(1) Any one or more of these Standing Orders may, after notice or with the leave of the Speaker, be suspended on a Motion made by a Member at any sitting and agreed to by not less than three-fourths of the Members then present. (2) A Motion under this Standing Order shall be decided without amendment or debate.
