Procedure in Select Committee on a Bill

A Select Committee on a Bill shall be subject to Standing Orders No. 79 (Procedure in Select Committees) and Nos. 45 (Decision of Questions), 46 (Collection of Voices) and 47 (Divisions) but, before reporting the Bill to the House, it shall Belize Constitution 59 go through the Bill as provided in Standing Order No. 54 (Procedure in Committee of the whole House on a Bill).
