Comments of Solicitor General and Head of Department

(1) The Secretary shall within seven days of the receipt of the material referred to in rule 4 above, send a copy thereof to the Belize Constitution 7 Solicitor General as well as to the Head of the Department to which the appellant belongs or belonged. (2) The Solicitor General and the Head of Department concerned shall within one month of the receipt of the material aforesaid furnish the Secretary with their views and comments on the merits of the appeal.
