Comments of Director of Public Prosecutions, etc

(1) On receipt of the application referred to in rule 14, the Secretary shall promptly invite the comments thereon of the Director of Public Prosecutions, the Superintendent of Prisons, the Probation Officer, and such other person as the Council may consider necessary. (2) Every person requested to furnish comments pursuant to sub-rule (1) above shall do so promptly but no later than one month thereafter.
