Single Customs Declaration Form

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sections 16, 20 and 41 of the Customs Regulation Act, Chapter 39 of the Laws of Belize, I, MARVIN CACHO, Acting Comptroller of Customs, do hereby prescribe the form set out in the Schedule to this Order to replace the following forms currently in useCAP. 39. 1. Forms 1, 2 and 3 of the Second Schedule to the Act. Second Schedule. Sixth Schedule. 2. The form set out in the Sixth Schedule to the Act.
