Statement of evidence
Customs (Discipline Of Boatmen) Regulations, reg. 5 · Revised Edition 2020
If the boatman elects to appeal to the Minister a statement of the evidence taken by the Comptroller of Customs or the District Magistrate shall be forwarded for the information of the Minister.
