Retention of invoices

All invoices and documents in support of particulars declared on customs warrants (commonly called customs entries) on first importation of goods shall be retained by the Comptroller of Customs for a period not exceeding three months from the date of presentation and shall thereafter by returned to the importer or his duly authorised agent.
