Administration charges to be in addition to other charges. 36 Customs Regulation Ch. 39. [24th December, 1987.] 1. This Order may be cited as the Short title. Rate of administration charges. Schedule. 2. When entering goods in transit, the transit agent shall pay on the good specified in Column II of the Schedule hereto, administration charges at the rates specified respectively in Column III of the said Schedule. Administration charges payable on entry. 3. The administration charges shall be paid to the Comptroller on the entry required to be delivered to him in accordance with the provisions of section 101 (a) of the Customs Regulation Act. Administration charges to be in addition to other charges. 4. The administration charges payable under this Order shall be in addition to any other charges payable on goods in transit.
