Restriction on warehousing of liquor, etc

No malt liquor, wines or spirits of any description, or tobacco, cigars or cigarettes which are being exported in bond by inland carriage or navigation shall be permitted to be lodged at San Ignacio or Benque Viejo del Carmen in the warehouse of the agent for an exporter if such agent is the holder of or interested directly or indirectly in a liquor licence in either town.
