Concealed goods

If any goods subject to the payment of duty are found or discovered to have been concealed in any manner on board any ship or boat within the limits of Belize, or are found, either before or after landing, to have been concealed in any manner on board such ship or boat within such limits as aforesaid, then and in every such case all such goods shall be forfeited, and all such other goods which are packed with and used in concealing them with the connivance of the owner, shall be liable to goods.
