Re-sorting and packing goods

With the sanction of the Comptroller and under such regulations and restrictions as he from time to time requires and directs, and on payment of such fees as the Comptroller, with the approval of the Minister from time to time directs, it shall be lawful for the importer or proprietor, in any warehouse, other than a warehouse in the custody of the Port Authority, to sort, separate, pack and repack any goods whether intended for exportation or for consumption or use in Belize.
