Ports and landing places

The Minister may, from time to time appoint any port within Belize, and declare the limits thereof, and appoint proper places within it to be legal wharves for the lading and unlading of goods, and define the bounds and extent of any such wharves upon which particular goods may be laden and unladen, and revoke any such appointment from time to time, and appoint any new place or places within any port or ports to be a legal wharf or wharves for the lading or unlading of goods.
