Bonds

All bonds relating to the Customs required to be given in respect of goods or ships shall be taken by the Comptroller for the use of the Government of Belize, and after the expiration of the time, if any, limited therein for the performance of the condition thereof, every such bond upon which no prosecution or suit has been commenced shall be void and may be cancelled
