Breaking seals, locks, etc

If the proper officer of customs places any lock, mark or seal upon any stores on board any ship in Belize and such lock, mark or seal is wilfully opened, altered or broken, or if any such stores are unlawfully conveyed away, the master of the ship shall be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars. etc.
