Retention of data
Cap. 49, s. 12E · Revised Edition 2020
(1) Advanced Cargo Information collected under this Act shall be retained by the ACIS for a period not less than seven years from the date of collection of the information.
(2) Advanced passenger information collected under this Act shall be retained in accordance with the provisions of the Immigration (Advance Passenger Information) Regulations,
