Use and sharing of ACI

(1) The Comptroller of Customs may share the information contained within the ACIS with entities approved by the Minister or the Comptroller. (2) IMPACS shall use the cargo and passenger information to conduct screening against databases and Watch lists of cargo, crew members and passengers on conveyances that enter into, depart from and move within the regional space.
