Goods not deemed unlawfully imported

Prohibited goods on board a ship calling at any port in Belize, but intended for and consigned to some port or place outside Belize, shall not be deemed to be unlawfully imported into Belize if the goods are specified on the ship’s manifest and are not transshipped or landed here, or are transshipped or landed by authority of the Minister.
