Establishment of duty free shops

(1) There may be established at any international airport in Belize, inwards duty free shops subject to the terms and conditions contained in these Regulations. (2) Where a duty free shop has been established in accordance with these Regulations, the goods sold at such shop shall be exempt from the payment of customs duties.
