Offences and penalties

Customs And Excise Duties (Inwards Dutyfree Shops) Regulations, reg. 15 · Revised Edition 2020

Every person who contravenes or fails to comply with any of these Regulations, commits an offence and shall be liable upon summary conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
