Marking of goods

(1) All goods kept and sold at a duty free shop shall be suitably marked to indicate that such goods are for duty free sale. (2) The Comptroller may prescribe the manner in which such goods shall be marked or, he may direct the marking of such goods by an authorised officer of the Customs Department.
