Application

These Regulations shall govern the determination required under paragraph 2 of the Customs Tariff (CARICOM) Resolution, 1981 as to whether goods have been consigned, produced or manufactured as mentioned in that paragraph; and, for the purposes thereof, goods shall not be treated as so consigned, produced or manufactured unless the Comptroller of Customs is satisfied that the appropriate requirements of these Regulations are fulfilled in relation thereto.
