Formal documentary evidence

All goods for which CARICOM area treatment is claimed under regulation 2 of these Regulations shall be supported by the proper declaration and certificate in the form set out in the Second Schedule to these Regulations and by any further evidence as the Comptroller may require. Second Schedule.
