Production of documentary evidence
Import Duties (Preferential Tariff) Regulations, reg. 9 · Revised Edition 2020
The importer shall produce at the request of the Comptroller of Customs such documentary evidence relating to the goods as the Comptroller may require to be presented in order to substantiate the correctness of the particulars contained in the certificate of origin.
