Blended teas

Tea which is blended in bond in, or is exported under drawback from, any part of the Commonwealth shall be entitled to preference in respect of that proportion of the blend which is certified by the proper officer of customs or excise to consist of tea grown within the Commonwealth and to have been supported by proper certificates of origin on importation into that part of the Commonwealth where it was blended, provided that if such tea, either before or after blending, is transhipped or landed at any foreign port or place, Customs and Excise Duties 9 then the general regulations dealing with goods ordinarily transhipped or landed at such port or place shall have effect. bond.
