Goods not in conformity with the certificate

When goods accompanied by certificates of origin are not in conformity with the description borne on the certificates, by reason of discrepancies as regards the marks or numbers of the packages, the number and description of the packages and description of the goods or the quantity or value of the goods, they shall not be entitled to preferential treatment unless the Comptroller of Customs is satisfied that the difference are solely due to error. 8 Customs and Excise Duties
