Determination of value of goods imported duty free or liable to duty which is not ad valorem

In determining the value for any purposes of any goods imported free of duty or not liable to an ad valorem duty under the provisions of this Act the Comptroller shall have regard to section 5. Custom and Excise Duties 11 CAP. 262.
